	History:	He was the son of the late Henry and Mary (Feuerstein) Badding. Graduate of Neumann High School, class of 1944. Mr. Badding was a Veteran, serving in the United States Navy during World War II. He had a long career as a truck driver, working for Iroquois Beer Distributing and then Gohr Distributing in Buffalo, NY, retiring after 30 years. Mr. Badding was a member of St. Teresa’s RC Church in Akron, where he served with the Ministry of Praise. He enjoyed golfing, playing cards and enjoyed all sports. Bernie's greatest pleasure was spending time with his family and his many friends.
	Family:	Loving husband of Catherine (Moulin) of 60 years, whom he married June 19, 1948; loving father of Judy (Tom) Drake of Clarence Center, NY, Nancy (Russ) Simon of Arcade, NY, Bruce (Rita) Badding of Saratoga Springs, NY, Jeff (Maureen) Badding of Milwaukee, WI and Sue (Pete) Demas of Syracuse, NY; proud grandfather of 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; brother of the late William Badding, Dorothy Leising and Mildred Carr; several nieces and nephews also survive.
	Viewing info:	Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10:00AM in St. Teresa’s RC Church, Akron by Monsignor Robert J. Williamson. Family will receive friends Friday from 2-4 & 7-9PM in the CHILDS FUNERAL HOME, 10 Eckerson Ave., Akron.
