History:
  Mr. Berghorn attended Akron High School. Keith owned and operated his dairy farm and egg business right up until his death. He also was the proprietor of the former Keith Berghorn and Sons Sno Jet and Polaris Snowmobiles for over twenty years. Between the farm and the snowmobile business, Keith and his family became widely known for their expertise in their recreational and vehicle business and had many friends and acquaintances.   

Keith was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Clarence Center, NY. His memberships also included being in the Farm Bureau and was a 25 year member of the East Aurora AASC. Keith enjoyed snowmobiling, hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Family:
  Keith was the son of the late John E. and Olive (Bars) Berghorn. He is survived by his loving companion and partner of 35 years Margaret; dear father of Dennis (Carol) Berghorn, of Akron, NY, Dale (Peggy) Berghorn of Akron, NY, Darlene McNiff of N. Tonawanda, NY, David (Sandee) Berghorn of Akron, NY and Darrin (Carissa) Berghorn of Akron, NY; step father of Kathy (Stanley) Feldman of Clarence Center, NY and David (Theresa) Berry of Akron, NY; proud grandpa of 17 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; brother of Shirley (late Demerle) Strickland of Middleport, NY; also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Viewing info:
  Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4-8 PM in the CHILDS FUNERAL HOME, LLC, 10 Eckerson Ave., Akron. Where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 AM. Rev. Ron Houseman will officiate.
Burial:
  Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery Swormville, New York
Memorials:
  In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial in Keith’s name be made to the American Diabetes Association, 315 Alberta Dr. Amherst, New York 14226-1814
